I bought copies for both my machines at work and at home. At work, I use
it as my lan telnet client to our SUN. I also use it over dial up networking
to access my ISP's shell account, as I am doing now. Since the shell acct
does not allow inbound ftp, I find it convenient to ftp net stuff to the
shell acct (relatively fast), then kermit it to my pc, minimizing Internet
congestion problems. Frank, love the auto file transfer!
At home, use it over dial up networking, and direct with the modem to call
in to work.
